Does NOT include lever or cable. NOTE: This is a short arm V-brake caliper that is designed for MINI BMX. Mini BMX typically have 20" fractionally sized tires with a 451mm ISO bead diameter. These will not work with a regular 406mm ISO bead diameter 20" BMX rim/tire.
